President Donald J. Trump was sworn in Jan. 20 as the 47th president of the United States, makinghim the second president in U.S. history elected to two non-consecutive terms. Trump returns to theWhite House after overcoming four criminal indictments and two assassination attempts, in what many call one of most biggest political comebacks in U.S. history. The inauguration took place inside the Capitol rotunda and was located indoor due to the freezing temperatures.
