I took a visit to Maisano’s Little Italian Kitchen which is a new restaurant located on Cleveland Ave.

Walking into the restaurant you can see that it was once a house that has now been renovated to have seating for guests as well as a host and gelato counter. It is a cute little dining room on the inside with not much seating so they only accept reservations.

Our waiter was very lovely and despite how busy it was always made time to make sure everything was great for us.

For an appetizer we ordered the loaded jojos, which are topped with marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, red onion, black olives, parmesan cheese, pepperoni bits and fresh herbs. This was very delicious, the blend of all the flavors is like eating a pizza jojo.

For my entree I ordered the parmesan chicken sandwich. The sandwich was made with a breaded chicken topped with marinara sauce, provolone and mozzarella cheese. All placed inside an oven baked slice of bread that gives off the perfect crunch. This sandwich was incredibly good. The chicken was very flavorful and the flavors all paired well together.

For dessert I tried their gelato. They had a few different flavors that rotate out and back in. I tried their birthday cake flavor with sprinkles. I thought it was very good. The flavor was very strong and the blue color added to the fun.

I would definitely recommend Maisano’s Little Italian Kitchen to anyone looking for a cute little place to grab dinner. It was overall an amazing experience and delicious food.
